Took 2 hours to get my pizza. App said 40 minutes. Called after 1 hour and was told was almost done. I think it was not started so took another hour. Pizza tasted fine but took way too long

Although our pizza was late due to the driver having difficulty finding us, the pizza was fantastic!! I was worried it would be crappy and cold but I have zero complaints! Thank you so much.

The garlic breadsticks were dry and didn’t taste like garlic at all. Basically dry pizza dough with Parmesan on it. The panzerotti was very flat. Hardly any toppings inside and the lip of unstuffed dough was 3 inches wide. Nothing like what it used to be like. Our strombolis were made incorrectly. Lastly, online order said it would be 50 minutes. It was almost two hours when we received the order. Not our best experience, sadly.

Great pizza, very generous toppings!

When ordered, was told to pick up in 40 minutes.
Got there just after 20 minutes and pizza was in box on top of oven.
When box opened at home, you could see about 3 inches from the sides that there was just sauce and no cheese it other toppings.
Plus pizza was not that hot.
Also, didn't realize there was a service fee for ordering online.
Not impressed with overall quality of the pizza and hidden fees
